OLFCS Pre-Kindergarten is for children who have reached
their fourth birthday by September 15th of the year of their
enrollment. Pre-Kindergarten offers activities which help
the young child develop fine and gross motor skills; imagination
and creativity; listening, language/communication skills;
and the love of God, themselves, their families, teachers
and classmates. 1:12 teacher student ratio.

- To introduce the child to a school environment.
- To encourage and promote social skills, personal development
and independent responsibilities.
- To encourage excitement for learning.
- To introduce pre-readiness skills in the following areas:
math, reading, language, cognitive, art, science, and social
studies.
- To foster a child's awareness of God's presence in his/her
life and introduce Catholic values.
- To introduce and develop language through various forms
of literature.
- To introduce and practice large and small motor development.
- To introduce and develop the child's role as a group
member.
