Pre-Kindergarten

OLFCS Pre-Kindergarten is for children who have reached their fourth birthday by September 15th of the year of their enrollment. Pre-Kindergarten offers activities which help the young child develop fine and gross motor skills; imagination and creativity; listening, language/communication skills; and the love of God, themselves, their families, teachers and classmates. 1:12 teacher student ratio.

Monday - Wednesday - Friday A.M. 8:00 - 10:45

Monday - Wednesday - Friday P.M. 12:00 - 2:45

TO HAVE FUN!
To introduce the child to a school environment.
To encourage and promote social skills, personal development and independent responsibilities.
To encourage excitement for learning.
To introduce pre-readiness skills in the following areas: math, reading, language, cognitive, art, science, and social studies.
To foster a child's awareness of God's presence in his/her life and introduce Catholic values.
To introduce and develop language through various forms of literature.
To introduce and practice large and small motor development.
To introduce and develop the child's role as a group member.
