Fees & Forms

The fees due at registration are as follows:  $100 new family processing fee, $75 registration fee per student and $50 book/supply/periodical fee per student.

Parents must bring the following:

ü A copy of the child’s birth certificate

ü A copy of the child’s baptismal certificate (if Catholic)

ü Child’s immunization records (An immunization card or Colorado Alternative Certificate of Immunization are the only acceptable forms)
